Chief of Operations, Sales, Marketing and Project Director
Ash has years of experience in the new build sector, managing many sites from 40-400 units. For Partnership Construction Ash is our ‘tactician’ and oversees the practical sides of the work, whilst supporting the other departments with his wealth of knowledge and experience.
Ash is also an Assessor in the construction industry with GQA and able to assess from level one to level 6. Ash holds holds a level 6 NVQ in site management and has the knowledge and skill set as one of the best in the south east.
Ash is customer care mad and appreciates that without a happy client the work is worthless. He has a unbeaten personal record in the new build sector of 107 positive customer satisfaction returns which is a great achievement. His skillset is immensely strong when it comes to running a project, forming or following build and material programmes.
Ezra is in charge of the company’s financial operations and responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies to ensure long-term, sustainable company performance. In his role, he is required to ensure the company maintains compliance with all legal requirements, whilst providing financial leadership to help shape future business goals and enhance the organisations competitiveness in the market. Aside from financial planning and cashflow management, he works closely with the commercial department to support the management and optimisation of budgets on all of our construction projects.
Ezra has many years of experience working for both private and public sector organisations, and his background is predominantly in supply chain and logistics. He holds a level 5 Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply qualification and is working towards becoming fully MCIPS.
Jaime is our operation Director whose roles are key to our business in ensuring we keep the business profitable and our staff members motivated and safe. He ensures financial targets and other agreed programme targets are met within the construction department as well as feeding back the results to other departments.
He reviews working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devises an alternative with the construction team and supervisors. He also makes sure safety regulations are followed and practices are adhered to by all construction teams, keeping employees motivated and organising appropriate training as required. He is also responsible for investigating customer satisfaction and reporting any issues or lessons leant back for the betterment of the business.
Derren is responsible for implementing commercial strategies to accelerate growth and maximise business profitability, his duties range from financial management to commercial project delivery to ensure costs are controlled and quality is never compromised on all projects, to the satisfaction of our clients.
With over fifteen years’ experience in the commercial sector of the construction industry, Derren graduated from the University of Westminster with a degree in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management, bringing a wealth of commercial knowledge to ensure the continued success of the business.
Managing the Technical and HR Departments within the business and control the budget and cost centre. He covers multi-discipline teams of diverse technical and HR knowledge including design, project planning, review and sign-offs. He is also responsible with developing the company and product strategy alongside the Board of Directors as well as defining the new business and opportunities development strategies.
Execution of all development activities whilst oversee the product’s life cycle from conception to completion, with an emphasis on technical soundness and resource efficiency
Hi role also includes analysing customer requirements and usability metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and market penetration. Serves as a technical expert representative across teams, clients and support the sales & marketing team.
He is responsible with developing tools and processes that reduce design and build lead time, quality, reusability, reliability and compliance to standards. Measure and monitor objectives, Maintain a knowledge of new technologies and research in the given field. Communicate a vision internally and externally (conferences, events, exhibitions).
Victor’s Background as a Technical Director is based on his educational qualifications and industry experience. With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a post graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management and demonstrable skills in exceeding expectations whilst delivering client and market focused products, on-time and to budget.
Anele Evans Odumegu
Land and Procurements Director
Evans comes on board with a tested wealth of experience spanning over 15 years of multi-disciplinary skills and knowledge, involving putting together startup businesses in Real Estates Development, Construction and Facility management and Project Consulting.
From conceptualizing to design planning, documentation and execution management these hands-on experiences have taken him into practical Project modelling, documentation handling and implementation mostly in Property (Land) acquisition, Real Estate Development, Farming (Fish and Poultry) and Agro – allied production in Africa, in addition, to a vast knowledge of Security Consulting and Management in the UK.
Because of his vast knowledge in regulatory concerns and compliance to various Laws and requirements governing procurements, on behalf of Partnership Construction Ltd, UK, Evans is responsible for strategic acquisitions of Lands and major procurements. This is in addition to establishing policies and procedures as a guide to acquisitions and purchases. He will also oversee Cost controls and ensure excellent supplier performances with direct involvement in transactions requiring strategic partnerships and outsourced engagements.
Mr Anele is a veteran of many successful undertakings, projects and businesses in the UK and Africa. These had earned him board and top level management positions in many companies notably, Evadan Labour Services Ltd, UK, JN UK Security Ltd, UK, Evadan Farms Nig. Ltd and a host of other companies.
